I am seeking an expert advice on how to go through a property purchase.
My father purchased a property years ago, but due to financial difficulties, he has failed to pay the monthly ammortization.
We went to NHMFC and we were told that I could still buy the property, with me (his daughter) as the buyer. The setup I was told is to not shoulder the penalties anymore.
The question is.. Which would be of advantage, Deed of Sale or Deed of Donation?
