I just want to consult something regarding this matter.
To start, I work in a BPO (Call center) in QC. I know that we should have 2 rest days each week. We all know that rest days in BPOs are not fix, like the regular Saturdays and Sundays.
My question is, is it legal na mag-work yung employee for 10 straight days as long as there will be 2 RDs in a week?
