Is it legal for the management to imposed the following:
1.Management decided to revised the company's working schedule of office employees from 6 days a week to 5 days a week. By the way we are in retail industry (supermarket)
2. How this affect the basic salary of the Monthly Paid employees, such as Managerial Position?
The Management didnt give reason why they're doing this, though we feel that this is due to declining sale revenue brought by the national players such as SM/Puregold in the area. However, we knew that despite of this declining revenues the company still making good money, in-short still profitable.
