Ayon sa aming company policy, bago materminate ang isang empleyado dahil sa tardiness o absences, dadaan muna siya sa written warning at suspension. Medyo marami na akong lates at absences pero di ako nakaranas ng suspension dahil siguro kadalasan ay kailangan talaga ng kompanya namin ng tao. Sa hinaharap, pwede bang ibalik nila sa akin ang mga offenses ko na di naparusahan at iterminate ako ng di dumadaan sa suspension for Gross and Habitual Neglect of Duty?

imo, you should undergo the lower penalty first
