Atty. Gusto ko LNG po itanung is it possible na gamitin ko ung email sa akin ng nung naninira sa akin as evidence na inamin Nya sa email Nya na nagpa lit sya ng pangalan kc ilang beses n sya nagpalit ng mga threats din sya sa kin for almost a year na until now d sya so I decided na magpa blotter na ako sa baranggay namin.
1. Grave threat for one year of email and text that she will not stop harrasing me.
2. Libel..posting my name in Facebook and accusing me things which I didn't do. Destroying my reputation thru Facebook. And when she email me she will send it to me and other people.
3. Falsification of public documents...she been using names 3 times specifically her passport and bank checks and account.

Wala na po akong balak makipag settle sa kanya sa baranggay dhil pag humingi po sya ng sorry sa kin pi├▒apatawad ko sya tapos pag gusto Nya ko guluhin Kung anu anu n nman sasabihin Nya. Pagka tapos po namin sa barrangay sa police na kami. Kaialagan ko pa po ba ng abugado dto o sa pulis Lang po ako mag file ng case sa kanya...
