Pinaprma po ako ng Kontrata pero wala po silang binigay na kopya sakin sa kanila lang po ang kopya..legal po ba iyon?

definitely, you should have a copy of the contract. try asking for a copy.

contract is valid, but to be on the safe side should any legal problem arise later on, a copy of the contract would come in handy should you assert/defend your right over it

CONTRACT is a meeting of mind between the parties, stipulating therein what had agreed upon. Failure to furnish copy thereof in one of the parties, the aggrieved party may demand for it, and continuous refusal of the other to do so, is deemed concealment of hidden defects and it is considered a ground for the recession of contract.

Or, the aggrieved party may request a certified copy of contract from the Notary Public who ratified the same.
