sir gud am po.... ganito kz my nilabas n promotion samin last may 2012 npasama kmi dun sa promotion kaya lang ung salary nmin sakto lng sa position nmin after ilang months my lumabas n nmn na promotion with same position kaya lang ang tanung namin bkit mas malaki ung salary nila kesa samin eh same lang ung position nag sabe ang dept. nmin na maayus yan by nxt year e2 na ang inaanty nmin my lumabas n EICF nmin effective jan1 2013 same npo ung salary nmin sa napromote last sept kaya lng tinanong nmin ung retro sagot samin wala n daw un tama po b ung ginawa nila or mali??? my aricle po b tyo regarding sa retro pay or salary adjustment para mag petisyon kmi sa hr nmin or dept nmin...maraming salamat po,,,

i don't believe there are clear guidelines about this, but i recommend you first point this out to your employer. you can later file a complaint at dole

sir nadiscuss npo nmin eto sa department nmin e2 sabe wag npo daw kmi umasa at pati sa payroll manger ng hr nmin nag pareceive kmi ng letter n gnawa nmin tinagap nila pero hndi pinirmahan ang receiving copy nmin... ano po nxt step nmin npaka unfair po para samin ung ginawa nila...salamat po attyLLL
