Ang isyu ko lang dito is pagnagplot ang company namin ng OT eh hindi sila nag iinform sa amin, basta basta nalang nilalagay sa schedule viewer namin tapos mabibigla nalang kami kasi meron pala OT, Wala kami problema mag OT pero ang iniisip kasi namin hindi man lang sila nag iinform na kailangan mag OT, violation po ba yan?

it will be a violation kung di kayo binabayaran ng OT pay.
with regards sa OT scheduling, pede nyong kausapin superiors nyo about this na sana maabisuhan kayo beforehand, or kung pedeng mai-discuss sa inyo kung kailangan ba talagang mag-OT.
kung ayaw at mukhang hindi reasonable ang dahilan, pede nyo i-escalate sa mas higher position.

binabayaran kami, yun lang ang problema walang abiso na kailangan mag OT the next day, pinaplot pa lagi pag pa end na yung shift so minsan hindi rin nachecheck ng supervisor namin.
