1 Legal or not? on Sat Jan 19, 2013 7:29 am

Arresto Menor

I would like to ask, I have been married at year 2006 three months after I turned 19. We have been forced by our parents to be married. We got separated two months after we are married and there was no communication whatsoever with him. I want to get married to my present boyfriend. I just want to ask if there are any legalities for the marriage to be null and void?

If not, how much is the annulment and how long will it take?

Thank you!

based on just that narrative, there is no basis for annulment.
