Arresto Menor

Question regarding car buying. We already pay the downpayment for the reason that the unit will be given to us as per agents advice. After receiving the OR we already left the car showroom. Hours after the transaction, our agent informed us that car unit we are expecting will not be granted to us, the Manager/Director disapprove our transaction because we need to pay for the insurance, which is included for free in our agreement. Just to finish the argument we agree to pay the insurance. Again our agent called us to inform that we also need to pay for the extended insurance which is also included in the package they proposed. Being disappointed, we told our agent to give us back our downpayment, she said that it would 6 working days. Can we demand to the dealer to give it back to us immediately? Beacuse I felt that they are doing a "yo-yo" sales. Thank you in advance.
