Arresto Menor
Gandang hapon po.
Tungkol po ito sa right of way ng isang private land,agricultural land..possible po ba na matayuan ng mga poste ng koryente ang private land na walang permiso ang may-ari ng lupa?Ni abiso sa landowner ay walang nakarating? ito po ay ung Pinoy Project na sitio electrification program na may coordination ang brgy.
May contract poh ba ang bagay na ito? Ito po ba ay binabayaran ang landowner lalot may nasalantang mga fruit bearing trees?
Pls give me some advice kung ano dapat gawin..
Sana po matugunan nyo ang katanungang kong ito.Maraming salamat po..

Hinde po yun pwede,that is equivalent to intrusion of private property, kahit ano pa sabihin nila, mapa right of way, easement or expropriation pa yan, land owners consent is necessarybefore placing the line post UNLESS he waived it.

Yup DEFINITELY binabayaran yang landowner in form of RENT monthly, "because the landowner is deprived of the use of his property, hence, he(landowner) cannot fully exercise all attributes of ownership." - sabi yan ng supreme court.

ASSUMING na wla talagang consent or hinde nya winave yung consent, you can question that before the court.
