ask ko lang po about my unpaid bill sa globe last 2011 po ng september nagpakabit po ang mama ko ng globe wimax 1mbps internet connection so nakapangalan po sa mama ko yung acc. number na yun then after 3months po medyo hnd na kami natutuwa sa bagal ng internet na sa sobrang bagal hnd ko na maopen ang facebook then isang araw may mga taga globe na naglalakad lakad nagbibigay ng mga flyers about sa new promo ng globe na globeDSL stable connection 1mbps+wifi so nag ask ako how to upgrade our globe wimax to globeDSL sumagot po sya na need ko lang po magfill up ng form nila and isang valid ID so sabi ko dun sa taga globe "ok ttxt kita kung magpapalagay ako" and nagok sya at iniwan ung cellphone number nya kinabukasan nakapag decide kami na magpakabit na ng globeDSL so pagkatxt ko dun sa taga globe kinabukasan dumating sya kasama ung mga magkakabit ng connection may pinafill up sya sakin na form kagaya ng sa finill up ng mama ko nung pinakabit namin yung wimax namin so naisip ko agad na baka mamaya maging dalawa ung connection namin isa sa mama ko at isa din sakin so tinanong ko agad ung guy bakit hnd nalang ung account ng mama ko sa wimax ung gamitin ulit kc parang papaupgrade lang kami sabi nung guy "we need new account number so hnd na po pwede gamitin yung name ng mama nyo pero wala naman pong problem dun once na natanggal na po natin yung wimax internet nyo hnd na po yun gagana and didisconnect na po yun ng globe magisa" so napapayag na kami no choice na kc andun na sila at nilalagay na yung linya inalis na din yung wimax namin na router after 2 months nagulat nalang po ako nung tumawag samin yung globe telling us we need to pay 7,000 para dun sa internet connection ng mama ko na tinanggal na so dali dali po akong pumunta sa globe store at sinabi ko na 2months ng hnd gamit yun kc pinalitan na nila ng globeDSL kaya bat kami nagkaroon ng ganun kalaking bill ang sabi nila sa akin 5,000 daw po for disconnection fee and the other 2,000 is for 2months na balance namin nagulat ako kc wala kaming balance nun kakabayad ko palang ng bill nun bago ko ipalagay yung connection na globeDSL pinatingin ko pa sa kanila na hnd na gumagana yung connection ko at nakita naman nila na hnd na 2months na po syang hnd gamit pero pinipilit parin po nila akong magbayad ng 7,000 umalis nalang po ako dun sa globe store and nag decide po ako na hnd na ako magbabayad nun kc hnd na yun ginagamit txt po sila ng txt na nagsasabing i need to pay or else mag fifile po sila ng dimanda di ko nalang po pinapansin hanggang sa i need to change my # na po, tapos po ngayong araw na to may dumating po na sulat PACER COLLECTION SERVICES,INC. nanlaki po yung mata ko nung sabi po nila sa sulat need ko po magbayad ng P17,105.06 na halaga para sa wimax na nakapangalan sa mama ko pay within 5 days daw po or "abide with our client's instruction to immediately initiate legal action against you in court" may katotohanan po ba na makukulong ang mama ko dahil sa unpaid bill na ito? ask ko lang po pls answer atty :/ thank you po for reading.

I-settle mo lang yung naconsumed mo. And it should have been cleared to you that there is disconnection fee and Pre -termination fee if your mother's account is binded in 2 years. 5k for disconnection fee is imposible. You can call their customer service to clarify the billing. And ask for the break down. You should received also the copy of the billing before they call for you to know the break down of 7k issue. Smile
I had same case with you from Smart. You should be wise in handling the situation. They even said, kakasuhan nila ako. I just ignore because I know I have no accountability and I know the truth. I know what I should pay for them. They keep on calling me and insisting me to pay those unused bill. But then, I settled my unpaid balances in pre-termination. Tinatakot din nila ako na kasuhan,tumigil din sila, maybe they are too tired na singilin ako haha.
and now, I am reconnected again with them. And all is well. Ayun, I realized tinakot nila ako. Hindi nga lang ako natakot! Razz
