Arresto Menor
Good day!

I am writing in hopes that I get some legal advice on this matter, the mother of my fiance has been threatening to kill me, even go as far as sending people to watch outside my house and monitor all my actions. She has also been using the PDEA and said that she can get me imprisoned by planting drugs in my car. She has been abusing me psychologically, she has also made it hard for me to get a job since she always has people outside my house. I have a 7 month old son that I need to care of, I can't do this will all the trouble going around. I don't feel safe anymore. She is a very rich person who has threatened to use up all her money just to see me in prison, I have done nothing wrong, my fiance is the bunso of the family and the favorite of the mother that is why she can't accept the fact that her son is about to start a new life. I am starting to get crazy, I haven't been able to leave my house sometimes in a month because of all this. The mother of my fiance has also been spreading out fliers disgracing my name and has been throwing them outside my house. I have been put to shame over and over again. I can no longer take this pain. I really hope I get some advice.

before a legal remedy, i recommend asking your future hubby to do something about it.

but if you can prove that she is the one who is doing all of this, you can file a complaint in court to compel her to stop all of it and even to communicate with you.
