She knew from the start na legally married ang asawa ko. But now sorry na lang sya at tapos na ang lahat sa kanila, I supposed. My husband told me that he will never get involved again with her or to any other women..really? The mistress told my husband too that she will never ask for any support. What if nag iba ihip ng hangin? May dapat din ba ako ikaso sa kabit, just in case mang gulo sya in future?

obligation ng husband mo na mag-provide ng support para sa anak niya sa ibang babae. now if she will try to communicate with your hubby for the purpose of asking child support, i think it is valid.

paanong mang-gugulo? kung ang pag-hingi niya ng child support from your husband ay titingnan nyo as pang-gugulo, e ang masasabi ko lang is karapatan ng bata ang hinahabol ng other woman. kung tatanggi ang asawa nyo na mag-bigay ng support for the child, the other woman can file economic abuse case against your hubby.

opinyon ko lang..una, kung aware ang kabit from the start na kabit lang sya at nagpabuntis sya eh I think she has to accept the consequences. Bakit dapat humingi ng sustento sa tatay ng bata? Nagpabuntis ka, then take the responsibilities. Kung magbibigay ng support ang lalaki then well and good, if no support at all then be it. Di na dapat sapilitan. ako yata ang kabit na nabuntis ng lalaking legally married eh mas gustuhin ko pang buhayin ang anak ko sa sarili kong paghihirap kesa magmakaawa sa tatay ng bata.

then kung late mo na nalaman na married sya, the decision is still up to you. Fair for both parties.

un nga nagdeside family ko to file a case for the support of my baby. mas maganda na ung legal na magbibigay ng support ung dad ng baby ko. para di xah mahirapan

the child, and any child for that matter, is entitled to support from his parents. failure to do so is considered the crime of economic violence under vawc law.

I must disagree sa statement na “kung aware ang kabit from the start na kabit lang sya at nagpabuntis sya eh I think she has to accept the consequences.” It doesn't matter what are the situation of the parents. whether the child is from a mistress or out of wed, by law it is the parents obligation to provide for the child. Sabi nga ni Atty. Failure to do that obligation is a crime under VAWC law.

it was never the baby's fault its the husband and the mistress so why should the child be deprived of its rights. if you hate the mother spare the child.. you have accepted the fault of your husband maybe you should also accept the consequences of your husbands action too.
