i have a wife and we're legally married since 1999. we have a son wherein my inlaws took care of him last year.

my wife is working in the states for almost 3 yrs.

relationship got cold and communication was uncertain...meaning halos wala na.

time passed on til i saw her picture on the net with different surname na! possibly taking a foreign surname as hers.

need advice... what and how will i deal with it legally.

I doubt you can deal it without her being in the country! its outside Philippines jurisdictions, if she ever come back then you can get some satisfaction out of it! if it is just on facebook and you don't have enough proof or evidence it will not prosper as it happens outside the country.

Soon divorce might happen in the country and you have no choice! do you know the saying, if you really love someone set her free! if she comes back then you are meant for each other!
