GOOD DAY! I GOT MARRIED TO A NEPALI LAST APRIL 2008,WE STAYED IN THE PHILIPPINES FOR 4 YEARS AND HE WENT BACK LAST YEAR TO NEPAL FOR WORK. LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT HE GOT MARRIED AGAIN JUST RECENTLY THEN BROKE UP WITH ME. CAN I SUE HIM? AND IF YES WHAT WOULD BE THE CASE AND SHOULD IT BE DONE IN THE PHILIPPINES OR IN NEPAL?

its kind of difficult situation as he is married to you in Philippines and presumably he is married in Nepal to his own people right? therefore he is still single in his country when he marries his other wife. Try to make some inquiries at his embassy.

Make sure you have all your documents to support your claim. If you are lucky they may listen to you if not! they may just ignore you as it is out of their jurisdiction.

If you can afford to go there I don't think you will need visa to enter, ensure you bring your marriage certificate and any other supporting documents, if you know his exact address and want to confront him. If not you can inquire at their immigration and ask for their email address as calling abroad can cost a lot of money for you.
