Per my reading of RA 10173 this appears to be an unauthorized and malicious disclosure of personal information.
I have attempted to resolve this with the manager however he denies his misdeeds even when confronted with the fact that I have heard of his actions from multiple people. Due to this as well as his past behavior I have no hope of directly rectifying his continued damaging behavior to me.
I seek advice as to what are my practical options under this new, and perhaps untested law, as well clarification of any misconceptions I may have. All feedback and additional advice is welcome.
