I used to work in a bpo company and I just resigned because of the salary. I signed my contract last June and it was stated there that I am profiled to a collections account. My salary as stated on the contract I signed was 18,000. But the account was dissolved and we were forced to join other accounts. We were asked to undergo interviews again for profiling. They gave us options for accounts that also offer the same salary. I dio not want to undergo the same process of application again and I wanted to start immediately so I chose to be automatically transferred to an account but the salary is lower which is 15, 000. I signed a waiver because I have no choice at that time, but can I still dispute the incident? Cause i think any waiver has no impact on the the contract.

the contract you had was for a different project.. when the project/account was dissolved, the contract was terminated.. the waiver you signed becomes the new contract for the new account..

you have resigned already friend. your battle will be uphill and would entail much time and money than what you could possibly gain.
