Hi. We have a half sister who is not living with us for long years. Our parents are separated but are not annauld. My half sister and my 67 year old father is living together this time. A corporate share of my father’s worth millions has been controlled with our half sister and not giving us even a small amount of shares as we are the legitimate childrens. She claims all the shares and even my father could not give us his will being controlled by our half sister.

What should we do for us to claim our father’s assets? What case should be filed against my half sister?

Thanks...pls give us advice

your mother can file a complaint for accounting and control of the conjugal assets.

assuming the stocks were inherited, the stocks themselves are not conjugal. but the dividends will be conjugal.

and i assume they were married before 1988
