Kasal po ako for 5years pero hiwalay na sa asawa, un lng po hindi pa legally.

Gusto ko sana ibalik ung name ko sa pagkadalaga, maari po ba?

Sa mga valid ids ko kasi, ung married name ko ang gamit ko sa ngayon.

you can. pero ang magiging problema mo is yung mga IDs mo at mga public docs na gamit mo ang married name mo.

gnun din po sna gusto ko, kz dpendent po kme ng x ko s mga gov't id's nya ngtn po n hwlay n kme thou not legally pa po pwd ko rin po bng papalitan apilyedo ko to my maiden name? nsa akin po ang anak ko and if ever po n mgkasakit (wag nman po sna) macacarry ko po sya as my dpendent? pwd ko bng itransfer ang anak ko s mga gov't doc ko as my dpendent dhl nsa akin naman po ang anak ko?

you can switch to using your maiden name, but as to sss, passport, etc., they will not allow it and you cannot force them
