Sino po ba talaga ang magbabayad kapag nagbenta ng properties according sa real estate law natin sa philippines... kasi nagka-problema po ako sa pagbebenta...nagturuan na sino ang magbabayad ng gastusin..

Deed of absolute sale - Buyer o Seller?
transfer fee - Buyer o Seller?
Processing Fee sa pag-ibig - Buyer o Seller?
Capital Gain Tax 6% - Buyer o Seller?
Doc Stamp 1.5% - Buyer o Seller?

kasi idedemanda daw po ako ng breach of contract
ang sagot ko po...hindi ko po tatakasan kung ano yung nasaad sa Contract to Sale.. nakalgay lang po dun ako magbabayad ng CAPITAL GAIN TAX...pero sa ngayon, lahat ipinapasa na sa akin ng gastusin.

AS a rule, yung SELLER ang magbabayad. HOWEVER, pwedeng mapagusapan yan kung sino ang magbabayad, pwede ang buyer OR yung seller. Dapat nakalagay yan sa kasulatan,(deed of sale, etc)

In your case, since nakalagay sa contract na ikaw ang magbabayad, then, ikaw ang liable.
