gud am po! kelangan po bang mgreply sa isang demand letter?. ano pong mangyayari kung sakali hindi po mgsusubmit ng reply letter sa demand letter. at kelangan ho bang pirmahan ng receiver yung demand letter?

ang demend letter po ay dahil sa bond na nkalagay sa employment contract.

You need a Legal Counsel, it would be prudent to receive the Demand Letter formally with the assistance of a Legal Counsel.

You can reply addressed to the Litigation Agency or Law Firm addressed on the Demand Letter.
