Arresto Menor

We bought a rice land 10 years ago from a couple . the land was inherited by the wife from her parents. After signing the deed of sale the wife died. Presently the children complain about the selling of the land and the father denied his specimen int eh deed of sale.
Do the children have the right to complain when it was sold by their parents 10 years ago ..and is it not ethical that the husband denied his specimen in the deed of sale he made 10 years ago.

Please help me.

Refer the matter to your Legal Counsel, the specimen signature shall be duly investigated by the NBI.

If the sale took place and the monetary consideration of the sale was made, then it is legal.
