I was given a show cause memo because I was not able to submit a project status report. I am attending to a lot of tasks since he assigned me to be based at the plant starting January 2013.
I was not given a deedline and I am still working on the document.

It was also stated on his report that he is noting the situation where I had hinted that its lunch time when he was still discussing things with me.
(it was already 12:30pm)and it was no scheduled meeting.

I would like to ask for the definition of insubordination and failure to comply. He said either one could be charged against me for what I have done.

ang gawin mo, sagutin mo lang kung bakit hindi mo na-comply ang iyong trabaho. kung maari, idetalye moa ng mga rason para niya maintindiahn ang iyong panig. sa ngayon, hanggat hindi pa pormal na sinasabi sa iyo kung ano ang specific na charge o charges, wala pang masyadong saysay na alamin mo ang kahulugan ng insubordination at failure to comply

I feel na naha-harass na nga ako sa kanya. I just gave birth last year at na bed rest ako for 4mos plus 2mos rest due to cs operation. Nabasa ko mga email nya sa mga support namin na "because___ was not here, ___ did not turn over....." I even called him up to ask kung bakit sya ganun and told him hindi ko naman ginusto yung sitwasyon. his answer "bakit ka kasi nagbabasa ng emails mo? ano ba mas mahalaga sayo? buhay nyo ng anak mo o trabaho mo?" as per him during my performance appraisal bumagsak daw ako dahil hindi ko natapos mga projects ko. (walang konsiderasyon)

When I got back lalo pa syang naging malala. He told me to do things na sa palagay ko kailangan ko pa i-validate kaya sinabi ko na iche-check ko muna w/the other departments. Sagot sa akin " are you going to do it or do I have to ask somebody else?" nang sagutin ko "I can I just need time" ibinagsak ba naman yung papel sa table ko at sinabing "then do it."

Hindi pa dun natapos kalbaryo ko. When oour support requested for someone technical to be based sa planta. he immidiately answered that our group does not have anyone technical in particular pero ako ang pina punta nya. During our meeting ang napag agreehan lang ay 3x per week ako duon pero pagdating ng weekend I received a text message stating na dun na ako didiretso at dun na ako naka base. he did send an email nung friday pero it was already a few minutes after work. nang bumalik ako sa office to get my laptop ako pa ang napagalitan bakit daw dun pa ako dumiretso nagiintay ang support ko. (wala pa akong gamit sa planta. kahit computer which is why i took my laptop)

I understand that a boss will always be the boss. resignation na ba talaga sulusyon nito?

follow up question po. ano pwedeng mangyari pagdi-ni-receive ng boss ko yung reply ko? I have already provided him my reply pero ayaw nya pa pirmahan yung receiving copy

doon niya titingnan kung dapat ka ngang kasuhan. kung dapat ka ngang kasuhan, usually mag iisyu siya ng notice to explain bakit hindi ka dapat parusan sa pagiging insubordinate mo o yung pag fail mo to comply blah blah. sa kabilang banda kung satisfactory naman ang iyong paliwanang, pupwedeng hindi ka na niya i charge.

Hindi ka pwedeng pumayag na hindi niya i recieve ang explanation mo, kasi maaring gamitin niya iyon sa iyo. Kung ogag tlaga boss mo, pwede kang baliktarin at sabihin na hindi ka nagpaliwanag at malamang maging basehan din ito ng kasong negligence o insubordination, depende sa sitwasyon.

sa ngayon, i assess mo ang iyong sitwasyon kung tlagang pinapahirapan ka ng boss at ang iyong paghihirap ay dumarating na sa punto na parang imposible mo ng gampanan ang iyong trabaho. kung yan na ang feeling mo, malamang ito na ang tinatawag nilang constuctive dismissal. ganon pa man, mas makabubuti na komunsulta ka ng abogado, dahil ang ganitong usapin ay malalim para sa hindi bihasa sa batas... kailangan mas ilahad mo ng mas detalyado ang iyong sitwasyon para mabigyan ka ng intelehenteng payo

hi, he just signed the receiving copy. tanong ko lang sana kung how long does process usually take? i mean hanggang kailan ang validity nitong ginawa nya before we could say na tapos na ito or void na. kasi when I asked him whats the next step his only answer is he doen't know and he's not sure kasi nasa hr na daw yun"

yung how long-depende yan sa company rules/procedure ninyo. basahin at indihin mo ung rules ninyo. yung validity- subsisting pa din yan, at malamang under evaluation pa ng HR ninyo. consult a lawyer, PAO will do kung wla kang pera.

just an update: the manager who gave me this show cause memo has resigned. na-audit attendance nya. he usually comes around 2pm and would say that he came from a meeting pero mukhang napansin na ng management na araw-araw na ata mga meetings nya pero wala naman supporting documents. karma nga naman...
