Just wanted to ask what would be the child's right if I would use the father's surname instead of mine. Im an expectant mother, and my partner and I were not married. Is he going to be a illegitimate child even though me and my partner is still single but is not yet ready to enter into marriage life but he wanted the baby to be named after him?
Ok lng po ba yun na ipanagalan ko, sabi po kasi ng tatay ko, if I'm planning to go abroad at sa future gusto ko po kuhain yun anak ko for migration baka mahihirapan daw po ako n kuhain yung bata dahil gamit den daw po yun pangalan ng daddy nia.. Tama po b yun?

Well, the fact that the 2 of you are not married, that leaves your child illegitimate.

Regarding naman sa pagpunta sa abroad, well based on my experience, mahihirapan ka talaga.

Mahirap yung mga gnyang family matters lalo na dito sa Middle east.. kasi 95% of the people in the middle east is not open to situations like that.. They value the spirit of Family. To western countries, I just dont know..

ang maliwanag lang na sagot sa tanong mo, kung in time ay gsto mong madaling makuha ang anak mo, IPANGALAN MO ANG SARILI MO AT ANG ANAK MO NA HUSTO.

You cannot sponsor someone in a snap anyway, may mga qualifications na kailangan and salary requirement.. If you get hired by a very good and prestigious company who can provide you these, then you may do so.. pero kung balak mong mag abroad na for Labor lang ang sahod mo, e magisip ka nlng mbuti..
