ginigipit ako ng byenan at bayaw ko dahil ipinakulong ko ang asawa ko dahil sa pang-momolestya sa anak ko sa pagkadalaga na 11 years old lang.. please help me..

tulungan niyo po ako kung ano po ba dapat kong gawin.. kinukuha po nila yung mga gamit na ibinigay na nila sa amin at parang ako pa ang may atraso sa ginagawa nila kasi pina-baranggay pa nila ko para lang kuhanin yung gamit.. Sad

paano po ba kumuha ng public attorney?.. kasi po yung kaso ng anak ko wala pa din po hearing hanggang ngayon noong feb. 23 pa po nadakip yung asawa ko.. Sad

first, you can resist their attempts to get your belongings. at the bgy, they can only try to make you reach a settlement. prove that they are yours.

as for the case, check with the court or the prosecutor's office as to the status. was your husband released on bail? was he arraigned? or the case was set for preliminary investigation? find out first.
