Good day poh!

Nagkaanak kase siya sa ex bf nia way back 2004.. The child is 8 years old now. So nung nalaman ng parents nia na buntis sya, kinausap nila yung family ng guy to settle the problem.. Ang napagkasunduan, which is insisted ng side ng guy, eh hindi daw muna magpapakasal at mag usap daw muna yung pinsan ko at yung ex nia..
And about sa pregnancy/delivery expenses such as pre natal check up's and all eh si lalaki yung bahala at sa hospital nalang wer he work magpapa check up at manganganak pinsan ko.. At that time poh eh may ibang girlfriend na pala si lalaki..

So ok naman ang set up noon hanggang sa manganak si pinsan via CS delivery.. All expenses were paid by the child's father through his salary loan at the hospital..

Since then poh, wala na narinig or natanggap na kahit ano yung bata from his father.. And by 2006, my cousin got married taz yung husband niya yung nag su support sa anak nia partially..

Thanks poh,,!

if he signed the birth certificate, i recommend they send a demand letter and then file a complaint for economic abuse at the prosecutor's office.

i recommend you send it to the address of his parents, or last known address. filing of complaint should be where the child resides
