what if 19 years old kinasal ang girl tapos ang lalaki is 25 but nakalagay sa marriage contract is 24 (kasi march kinasal then august pa mag 25),tapos ginawan lang ng paraan para maapruban ung pangalawang apply ng marriage license, kasi po nung una apply nireject dahil kelangan ng mother (my father was already dead)or if wala sa pilipinas yung mother kahit yung consent nya na lang, then walang binigay yung mother na consent kasi hindi alam yung tungkol sa kasal kaya ang ginawang way yung eldest half brother ang pinapirma para maapruban pero sa ibang municipal inapply dahil sa nireject sa unang municipal, but dun sa pangalawang municipal may kakilala sila nilapitan para wala ng question bout parents consent.ano po ang pwedeng maging consequences don? 6 years ding nagsama and now seperate na ng 8 years, hindi din nagbibigay ng sustento sa bata, anu po ang pwedeng i file na case or if void po ba ang kasal dahil sa walang parents consent?at sino po ang pwedeng maghabol?
