MAYROON PO BANG BATAS AGAINTS NO PERMIT NO EXAM POLICY? HINDI PO KASI MAKAPAG FINAL EXAM ANG KAPATID KO, DAHIL MAY BALANCE PA KAMI SA UNIVERSITY. PWEDE PO BA NILANG HINDI PAG EXAMIN ANG KAPATID KO LEGAL PO BA YUN?

It seems that this is the standard practice of all private educational institutions for the past decades.

It turned out that there is nothing we can do about this as of yet.

Villar filed SB 2992 on Oct. 11, 2011 but it was not approved during the current Congress.
