Arresto Menor
May nabili kaming C2020 copier from Canon Marketing Philippines July 2011. After a few weeks bago lang uli nila binalik sa dating unit ung sirang pyesa. After a week or two, nag follow up kami kung kailan dadating ang parts, sabi nila cancel daw kasi ok na naman daw ang printout.

Dahilan ng Canon di daw kailangna palitan parts kasi may life span un.

Ano po pwede namin gawin? Thank you.

Their remedy is covered by DTI Guidelines.

If it could have been earlier and still covered by there "warranty" you could have asked them for replacement.

Our office have Canon Copier and it is satisfactory.

What they gave you is defective and could have been changed earlier.

It turned out that all they can do is to fix it anytime you will report it defective and that is it.
