Good day! Pahelp naman po. Yung sister ko po may nabiling house and lot na 5 yrs to pay. She's already married but she uses her maiden name and her status as single in the contract. Lahat po ng O.R. ng payments eh maiden name po gamit niya.
May asawa po siyang foreigner at okay lang naman po sa asawa niya yun. Ngayon po fully paid na yung property at naissue na po ung deed of absolute sale. Ang gamit na po niyang name ngayon is her First name and her husband's surname.

Ang tanong ko po is okay lang po ba na sa deed of absolute sale eh yung maiden name at single status pa rin ang nakalagay? Or dapat po bang pabago ung status as married pero okay lang na iretain ung maiden name niya?

It is okay to retain the Maiden Name.
