follow up question ko lang po, paano po ang tamang procedure sa bentahan ng property (house and lot). gusto po kasi ng buyer ay kapag nalipat na sa pangalan nila yung title saka sila magbabayad, ok lang po ba ito? may deed of sale na po kaming napirmahan at nilalakad na nilang mailipat sa pangalan nila yung title. tama po ba yun?
kelan po ba dapat magbayad yung buyer?
pwede po bang magbayad muna sila tutal may deed of sale na, then saka nila ilipat sa pangalan nila yung title?

They should have paid you already upon the execution of Deed of Sale.

The sale is void because you were no paid and it was simulated.

Tell them to pay now or you will cancel the sale.
