Our avp allowed a gay to use our female restroom without the female empoyloyees knowledge, knowing abotu the article 132 that male and female shoudl have different restroom, is my rights vioalted here since my AVP insist to understand her choice to allow the gay to use the female restroom despite of the labor code and despite of my complaint?
