hi..good day. pano po ba ang tamang bilihan ng lupa? knino dapat ishoulder ang mga bayarin ng deed of sale? sa amin po bang nakabili o nakapagbenta ng lupa? ang usapang lang po kasi namin is magbabayad kme ng downpayment at per sq. mtr in 5yrs. meron naman kming papel ng bilihan ng lupa ng hulugan. un nga lang, wala akong idea kung ang responsibilidad ng buyer at seller.

Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, Notary fees normally at the account of the seller, while Transfer Tax, Registration Fees and other related expenses to transfer the property to the buyer's name in buyer's account, however, during negotiation of the sale, an agreement may be arrived who is who to pay this and that. Remember also,if upon full payment of the property, the owner of the title passed away, there is the estate tax and transfer tax payment on the account of the estate owner and/or the heirs.
