Arresto Menor
Is this legal under Philippine labor code?

We are required to render extended working hours but no ot pay. Only offset.

We are also requested to report to work on a Saturday but no additional pay.only offset.

If not, what are the penalties for the employer?

Please advice.

that is not proper, you can file a complaint at the nearest dole office
