Dear Atty,
pumsok po ako sa isang pagawaan n under agency may contract po ako for 5 months,ang sahod ko po ay 500 hundred pesos for 12 hrs.nag awol po ako noong ika fourth mos.dahil di ko makaya ang init sa loob ng pagawaan,ang tanong ko po Atty.entitled po ba ako s 13th at back pay?ano po ang gagawin ko kung entitled po ako.

yes, you are still entitled, but the company might seek damages also because you went awol. the remedy is to file a money claim at nlrc
