More than a year nq, actually mg2 yrs nq sa August pero dpa rin aq regular wala aqng pnirmahan kht ano sbi nla verbally regular naraw aq. Taz nagaWOL aq for 6th day qna kasuhan daw nila q sabotage kz dq ngendorse? ano pong laban q?

Hi Im Charles,old member of this site, I'm not an atty pero working as HR officer. isa sa pwede mong ireklamo sa labor walang documentation sa pag hire sayo as employee. for probi period nga na 6 months a day after your 6 months probi automatic regular employee ka na noon what more nakaabot ka ng 2 years violation from the company yun pag nagsampa ka ng case agaisnt them they have to prove and provide documents of your hiring.

then secondly, sa AWOL case mo, suggest ko to check first your company's internal code of discipline kung paano yung process ng pagbibigay ng disciplinary action sa inyo na mga empleyedo. Kung nag AWOL ka suppose ang company magiisue ng disciplinary action notice sayo and as employee you have the right to explain your side. dpata documented din yun. check first ano process nio regarding issuance of offense. kapag mayroon documents company nio check mo if this was followed and observed; if not at nagsampa sila ng kaso agaisnt you, magreklamo ka din sa labor for sure malaki chance mo manalo sa labor case mo. kasi usually as observed sa labor cases malaking puntos ang tinitingnan kung ang mga kumpanya ay sumunod sa legal process ng pagterminate at pagsasampa ng kaso sa empleyado nila at kung dito makikita mo na may butas sila malaki ang chance mo.

Ndi ko namention - nagresigned na pala aq feb19 pa pero til april 1 wla pqng kapalit kya i decided not to report to work anymore na, kasi as in sobrang stress narin aq, imagine may umalis na emmployee skin binigay ung workload, may umalis ulit skin bnigay ung workload - tapos walang increase taz sisisihin kapa for not doing well at sa mga lapses mo, 'ndi mo nagawa ?!?'- kya nga nagresign nq ndi qna tlaga knaya - nilagay qnga sa resignation q " physically, mentally and emotionally stressed nq" .. ayaw nla qng paalisin tipid nga naman 1 taon gumagawa na lahat ng trabaho taz ang liit ng sweldo kasi daw kailangan pq at walang pqng kapalit - so many times i followed up sa kapalit q, even sa mayari nagemail aq pero nkiusap na mgstay aq kasi needed daw aq - pero not offering any (increase or yung regularization papers q) til when aq mgstay gang kylangan ?!? - pag indi na terminated na, grabe walang kwentang company talaga ...
