Good monday morning poh..!

Ask ko lang regarding sa installment appliances..

Yung neighbor ko may kinuhang 2 units sa Royal Star last dec 21, 2012.. Isang SHARP AQOUS LED 29" FLAT SCREEN TV at isang 7cf na SHARP REFRIGERATOR. Yung monthly ng tv is P2160 at yung ref ay P1720..

Okay naman yung unit according to her.. Syempre bago so yung gilid ng tv may mga plastic pa. To avoid some scratches since may 2 kids sya, di nya muna tinanggal yung plastic.
Then last jan, 3rd week, natanggal ng kusa yung plastic and to her surprise, puro white stains at may mga bakas ng basag na sinubukang i-replenish lalo na sa dulong baba ng tv. Both gilid ay may ganun..

So tinawagan niya agad yung branch kung san sya kumuha noon. Ang sabi sa kanya irereport daw sa service center ng sharp, pero di daw alam kelan ma check kase sharp daw nag i-schedule ng ganun.. So naghintay si neighbor ng mga 1 month. Dumating na yung date kung saan need nia mag pay ng monthly, pero since may complaint sya, di muna sya nagbayad, till may dumating na collector daw.So pinakita nya yung defects ng tv at sabi daw sa kanya ng collector, ipa follow up sa ofis..

After 2 weeks, dumating si service center at tsinek si tv.. Sabi lang mag hintay. At di rin alam kelan..
Hanggang lumipas na naman ang isang buwan at ngayun, sabi nung branch na kinunan niya, kapag daw di sya nagbayad, kukunin pansamantala yung 2 units until di mabayaran..

Ang concern ni neighbor, paano yung defective unit? Magbabayad sya pero di inaasikaso? Nakita ko personally ung unit at kahit ako, masasabi ko na factory defect yun since napapanooran naman,. I mean, wala problem sa picture tube..

Nakikipag usap sya sa branc pero wala maibigay na sagot ang mga ito.. Nagtuturuan kung kanino ba dapat isisi ang halos 3 months na delayed service.. Ang concern lang naman ni neighbor eh asikasuhin since may warranty. Just yesterday, sabi daw sa kanya eh may babayaran at may papalitang parts.. Aling parts? Eh yung frame naman complaint niya..

Wala maisagot si branch at si financing..

Ang tanong niya sakin, paano daw poh ba magandang gawin sa problema niya?
