good day po!

gusto ko lang po sanang maliwanagan sa mga sumusunod na bagay:

- niligawan, sinagot, naging sila... tumagal ang relationship ng isang taon saka nagkaanak... during the pregnancy, nalaman na kasal na pala ang lalaki. naghiwalay, ngunit un lalaki patuloy na humahabol sa babae... hindi masaya sa married life. (by the way kamaganak nya un pinakasalan nya, although by law it is accepted-beyond 3rd blood degree)

- un lalaki at pamilya nung lalaki sang ayon na sa relasyon nung sa babae. kaya't nagkaron ng mga threats both sa babae, sa lalaki,at sa pamilya ng lalaki.

- makakasuhan ba ng adultery un babae at lalaki gayung nakaprocess na ang annulment nung mangyari ito?

there is no adultery case if wla namang kasalan na naganap sa pagitan ng babae at ng lalake na sinsabing kasal na pla sa una.

for the defense sa side ng babae na masasabig biktima din ng panloloko? i justify nya lng na hndi nya alam sa simulat simula na ang kanyang dakilang bf ay kasal na pla sa una. pano nya ito mapatunayan na hndi nya ito alam una pa lng? ito ay kapag inamin ng lalake na itinago nya ito sa kanya.

pero para mas hapi ang life at mag karon ng extreme at excitement? pakasal sila para may thrill ang adultery case at bigamy sa lalake. so pag na kataon?

If I may comment,
Bigamy and Adultery are different.
Since there was no "kasalan" then there is no bigamy.

Going back to the situation, the girl is single but the guy is married.
I strongly believe it is Concubinage rather than Adultery.

Adultery only if the woman is married, Concubinage if the man is married like in the situation above. In both cases, it involves Infidelity.
