May kaibigan akong maagang nabyuda, may anak ito sa kanyang naging asawa (kAsal sila sa simbahan)... May obligasyon ba ang mga magulang ng namatay na suportahan ang pamilya nito like magbihay ng share pangbili ng mga gatas at tuition?

pero wla yta ako natandaan na may batas na mag sasaad at mag sasabi na obligado ang parents in law sa naiwang obligastion ng anak sa kayang asawa at anak.

yes, based on family code, ang magulang at mga anak at mga anak ng huli ay obligadong magbigay ng suporta sa isat isa. Ang suporta ay lahat ng mga mahahalagang bagay na kailangan, gaya ng tahanan,pananamit, transportasyon, edukasyon, tulong medical... at saka anak naman yan ng anak nila, apo nila, nararapat lamang na suportahan.

if they were married then the children have a right to support from their legitimate ascendants ie the grandparents.
