Arresto Menor
Hi! I would like to seek your assistance regarding our neighbors.

Our said neighbors opened our gates and went inside our yard without our permission. They smashed our car to make noise (buti na lang there was no damage to the car). Said people were shouting and even threatened us (one made "amba" to my mother). They also resisted when we showed them the way out. Also, one of the trespassers is American. Even outside they shouted words of defamation. We already filed a report to the police and a complaint in the brgy. A hearing was scheduled but none of the respondents appeared. Another setting of hearing was scheduled. However, these neighbors filed a report to the police at Quezon City (a place far away from us) telling that my grandpa shot his gun at them (this never happened). So when the police went here they also found out that no shooting occured (the police also asked the security guards). We also found out that there were several complaints against this people.

We are filing a complaint against them in court. Can we also file a complaint against the false accusation. As for the foreigner, can he be deported?
