1 INHERITANCE BLUES. on Fri Apr 26, 2013 12:23 pm

Arresto Menor
Hi! I am Ange, 19. (born 1993)

My grandparents(father-side) are dead.
(lolo-1980s, lola-2006)
My dad is dead, as well. (nung 2000)

Ano pong effect nito?
Can I still inherit my dad's share dun sa minana nya sa parents nya, by virtue of representation?
Is it just me, or pati yung mom ko?

Eh, kelan po ito magaapply?
Surviving heir - Intestate share
Spouse - 1/2
Legitimate child - 1/2

Thanks! Smile

upon death of lola, father's share is his exclusive property because it was inherited.

upon death of father, only part from lola's share is in his estate. shared by wife and child in equal shares.

upon death of lolo, only child can represent, not the wife.
