I am in a managerial position in tour office. Then they have give me a preventive suspension for 30 days because of some allegations not regarding on work issue. Then nagkaroon ng hearing and syempre ang favor ay sa company na parang scripted naman ung naging hearing. Formality lng na kunwari e nag-investigate talaga. Den the hearing is one sided lng wlang consistency dun sa complainant. Sayang at nahuli akong ngrerecord ng hearing nmen sana may katibayan akona bias ang naging disisyon nila.
Ask ko lng po kun totoo po bang kung papalabasin ng boss ko ay lost of trust nya saken kaya ako d na pababalikin sa work e malaking chance na matalo ako sa case? Tnx

you have not detailed anything about what you are accused of and what is their evidence. if you wish to contest your termination, you can file a complaint at nlrc

if it was consensual and you are both single, then imo, it should not be disallowed.

if not, the company has to have substantial evidence that the illicit relationship actually happened
