tapos nagulat ako lake ng bill, my 1st request was granted pero madaming pakikipagaway pa muna ginawa ko tapos the following month they are charging me again. so i requested for reversal. but this time hindi na ko pinagbigyan. i told the customer service ng pampanga and galleria na i will not settle my bills unless they reverse it, putulin nila line ko i don't care pero i will not pay for what they are charging me kase i did't use it. tapos pa-end na din naman na contract ko so di na ko nagrenew.
until now nagpapadala pa din sila billing statement pero di ko na pinapansin.. take note: sister company namin ung telecom hehehe.
