Would like to inquire if it is legal under the labor code to decrease monthly allowances of employees? Supervisory and Managerial positions are given monthly allowances (which is included in the job offer) tax free in check form, provided we submit official receipts under the name of the company. Recently we were informed that the monthly allowance that we receive will already be taxable, included in our monthly salary total and receipts were no longer required.
Is this legal? It's like our monthly salary had been decreased.

in my opinion that is taxable and legal that it is charged to you.
