Good day! My manager talked to me yesterday and told me na matatapos na po ako sa company ng May 15, pero nakalagay po sa contract ko until June 9 po ako. pero may nakalagay po sa contract ko na "This employment contract is subject to all existing rules and regulations and maybe shortened or cancelled upon Thirty(30) days notice in the end of any change on work operation and/or order schedules of job order."
May rights po ba ako na magcomplain?? Thank you very much..

NO! She just gave you the 30 days notice before your contract end. But if you have been working with them for years, you are entitled for separation pay etc. See your contract for all this details.
