Arresto Mayor
Good afternoon.

Here is my case.
On September 02, 1985, my father executed a Deed of Mortgage in favor of Mr.A for P6,000.00 covering an area of 2 hectares. Later, it was sold to Mr. P. However, Mr. P. had not been able to transfer the Tax Declaration to his name. He is deceased now. Can we (the heirs of the seller) claim the property back?
Thank you.
