nalilito po ako sa Vacation and Sickleave sa pagkakaintindi ko its up to the company how many days they will give to the employees.katulad po sa amin 10days VL and 5 days SL . and SIL po pwde namin hatiin sa VL . like 5 days VL , 5days SIL and 5 days SL. ok lang po ba yun. then if your company again is under ng BMBE excluded po ba kami sa SIL. or can you give suggestion po . in our office kc 9 employees + yung mga daily rate and pc rate po. are they entitled rin po ba sa leaves.

what do you mean SIL? may VL and SL na may SIL pa? ang sabi sa labor pag more than na yung binibigay nang company sa mandated na 5 SIL eh wala nang SIL.. so kung sa inyo 10 days VL and 5 days SL.. yun na yun.. 15 days per year..
