Arresto Menor
mga attorney, patulong naman po regarding sa complain sa brother in law ko na jeepney driver.
Biglaan po kasi nagpreno ung driver ng jeep (brother in law) dahil sa muntikan ng mabangga.
Yung passenger po nagreklamo ng physical injury dahil daw po nauntog yung anak nya(10yrs old).
Hindi naman daw po magpapasa ng case basta bayaran daw po yung hospital bill,so nakahold lang po sa presinto yung kuya ko.
Ang gusto po nila ipacheckup at pa head ctscan sa private hospital na preffered nila. Wala po magawa yung brother ko sa kagustohan nila kahit walang walang pera yung brother ko.
Ang naging usapan po basta cleared po yung ctscan abswelto na. So lumabas po yung initial result ng ctscan (negative result) at ok naman po yung checkup ng doctor kaya po ni release yung kuya ko at yung bata sa hospital pero nasa pulis pa rin po yung license. Since hindi pa po nakukuha ng kuya ko yung driver's license nya dahil nga po hinihintay po yung final result ng ctscan which is negative pa rin po. Ngayon po nilalagnat at nahihilo po daw yung bata at gusto nanaman po ipacheckup nila. Tama po ba na ishoulder pa rin ng brother ko yung expenses ng confinement dahil sa fever khit hindi related sa ulo?
