can you please help me what are my grounds to my employer / HR before filing charge/s?
under my contract it says that "During the 6 months probationary period, this contract maybe cancelled by either party giving the other two weeks' notice thereof in writing, stating the reason(s) thereof. Thereafter, this Contract maybe cancelled prior to expiration by either party giving the other 3 months' thereof in writing."
Contract expiration: May 27, 2013
I never received a notice from our HR.
